2002 Teapot production supervised by Master Jiang Rong

The Collectors Association (Singapore) Inscribed Teapot designed and supervised by Master Jiang Rong.

In 2002, after the association was established, the first cultural event organised by the committee was the designing and making of the Yixing clay tea pot through collaboration with Master Jiang Rong, the Chinese Master of Arts and Crafts for teapot making.

After several discussions, the Association received generous supports from Master Jiang Rong, who also had great interest promoting the traditional Chinese culture. Master Jiang Rong agreed to design and supervise the production of eight different designs of teapots for the Association in 2003.

This is indeed an inspiring and exciting project, a great step forward for the Associations efforts to promote traditional ceramic culture and is also an endorsement for all members of their effort in the association.
