The Singapore Collectors Association is only a platform for newcomers and veteran collectors.

The Society will not be responsible for any personal actions of its members, including disputes arising from internal or external purchases by members.

The Association will not be responsible for any disputes arising from purchasing or selling a collection by a member or providing authentication for a third party’s artefacts.

Or a member who sells or buys any collectable item and privately uses the Association’s reputation to guarantee its authenticity.

Or a third party or a non-member who buys any collectable item from the Association’s member and uses the Association’s reputation to guarantee to obtain the maximum benefit.

The Association shall not be responsible for any damage to the interests of the Association or violation of the Articles of Association. The Association shall not be held liable for any legal or monetary liabilities, including those incurred by members or non-members.
